Tell: They went to a fancy restaurant.
Show: John had been saving for a whole month to reserve a spot at Escargot because Jenny has been dying to go, since it opened two years ago and tonight would be the night. He had to reserve seating a week in advance! As they arrived, both John and Jenny couldn't help, but to feel under-dressed. Everything looked immaculate and divine. As they waited to be seated they felt as if they were drawing attention to the fact that they had not heard of the dress code, even though there really wasn't one. Once they were seated, John toke a peek at the menu and almost had a heart attack! He decided to stay because the look on Jenny's face was priceless. It was well worth it in the end because the food was absolutely fabulous. Everything was perfectly seasoned and prepared and the service was hard to beat. Not to mention, Jenny looked to be in a state of pure bliss. John was already planning to reserve seating in December, he was ready to propose!
